In this course, you’ll learn the 4 techniques of the Third Sphere in a course that lasts several hours. These 3rd Sphere techniques created powerful openings in my own practice. In addition to the techniques and time for group practice, there will be talks on the subtle energetic openings of the 3rd sphere techniques, the road signs along the path of Enlightenment, and how to deepen in the practice.
