At the moment I’m offering group classes via Zoom. I reserve some time after class so that you can ask questions, share your experiences and grow a sense of community.
My classes are mixed-level and beginner-friendly. I offer options + modifications depending on your level of experience, in a welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere. You can check the schedule and sign up here.
You don’t need much to start practicing: a mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind-heart or willingness to try new things. If you happen to have blocks, I suggest keeping them handy as well.
