This is the foundational course in the Ishayas’ Ascension meditation practice. Taking place over two days, from 10am to 4pm on each day, the course flows between learning the techniques, group meditation practice, talks on meditation and consciousness, and some one to one instruction.

The fee for this course is 250 USD, with some sliding scale scholarships available for those who could use a lower rate. I don’t turn students away for lack of money. Full price payment and registration can be done here:
